Mother's Day weekend

Thank you Paul and little girls for beautiful flowers and much needed spa gift card!!!!
Mother's day weekend was Great-playing outside, shopping, birthday parties, just enjoying each other until Mary Claire came down with strep throat :( Luckily, we got her to a quick after hours clinic and she didn't get really sick!!!

We have several dear friends that have lost their mommas. I have to mention that my heart has been very heavy with prayers for them.

We love and miss you Tonya and Cindy!!!!

Laugh through the Tears

Recently we had Terrible storms, flooding, and devastation in our state and surrounding states- my heart Breaks for those that loss loved ones....

the night it was really bad, we came out of the closet during a peaceful moment- and this is what i found in MC's room. I really was a little tearful and scared due to constant storms and horrible stories on the news- She made me Laugh so hard!!!

The past two years our church has hosted "A day in the Son" - an outdoor Easter celebration for families. It was so fun- no pics of whitey ( unfortuately) she had to watch most of the action. so happy to have a wonderful church home that keeps our kids busy with fun events ;)
